Smeagol at the Forbidden Pool
Pyrographic Pointillism on Basswood 8 & 5/8" X 11 & 3/4"
(framed and available for sale)
After working in the woodshop all day, I like to relax by sitting at the dinner table and using my pyrographic burning pen to burn pictures and portraits in wood. Mainly, it's a type of therapy. I find it relaxing and enjoyable. Many of these works I did just for fun, and some were commissioned for special events.

Three Girls The Leap Drummer Dollar
Many of my portraits are commissioned by pet owners who wish to remember a beloved member of the family who has passed on. All I need is one good photo to immortalize your loved one in a pyrographic portrait in wood. Prices vary with the desired size of the finished portrait and the complexity of the subject matter.
A couple more burnings I did just for fun. Illustrations from books in Brian Jacques' Redwall series.
